Vector's OverWatch™, is a specialized general aviation aircraft tracking & surveillance solution, built to provide overall situational awareness of general aviation airports to both onsite AND remote stakeholders. OverWatch™ stands apart from typical GA surveillance systems by adding automated aircraft identification; a rich database with intuitive drill-downs; and a web-based Command Center providing centralized coordination for multiple agencies over assets at multiple airports. OverWatch™ achieves this through the use of a network of intelligent, proactive surveillance devices linked together wirelessly to a web-based Command Center that can be securely accessed from any location on or off airport, maximizing manpower productivity.

OverWatch, can be an important element in your airport security plan by tracking all GA aircraft activities, day or night -- including aircraft with non-operational transponders. Vector’s system allows airports to monitor and confirm the identity of all aircraft activities at the airport 24 hours a day –important for remotely located airports, non-towered airports as well as for towered airports without round-the-clock controllers. A portable version of OverWatch provides additional surveillance and deterrent capabilities for large airport authorities, as well as state and federal law enforcement.

OverWatch includes the following capabilities:

• Track & Identify All Aircraft: OverWatch™ uses multiple proprietary aircraft capture technologies to track & identify more traffic than any other system currently available. Aircraft ID includes aircraft registration number, aircraft activity type (departure or arrival), along with the aircraft model, weight, and operator information.
• Critical-Area & Wide Area Automated Surveillance: High-value airport assets or most sensitive areas are covered by dedicated ultrahigh-resolution surveillance devices linked to the OverWatch™ Command Center. With a dedicated high-speed wireless network, battery backup/ solar power options, and a wide variety of cameras to suit the job, no area on the airport is too remote, too large, or too hidden to be effectively covered by OverWatch
• Mobile OverWatch: OverWatch can be delivered in an optional self-powered, portable configuration. Mobile OverWatch can be left in place for as long as necessary, and packed up in a matter of hours, ready to be redeployed at another airport.
• OverWatch Command Center: Connect securely to, and remotely control surveillance assets watching any airport area, day or night, from any internet-connected computer using OverWatch™ Command Center. Command Center links multiple airports and provides Intelligent Alerts based on your parameters. Authorized users can also easily conduct research and create reports by browsing through Command Center's intuitive interfaces to review recent or historical events recorded on the OverWatch™ event server.
