PLANEPASS by Vector may send SMS text messages to aircraft operators solely at the operator's request during a billing or payment inquiry. Messages are limited to one-time payment links sent via a secure third-party payment processor. Message and data rates may apply.

 

Information Collected

We collect only the mobile phone number you provide during a call with our customer service team. This number is used for the sole purpose of delivering the requested payment link and is not used for marketing purposes.

 

Phone numbers provided for payment link delivery are retained only as part of transactional records and are not added to any marketing list or contact database.

 

No Sharing or Sale

Your phone number will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
