GENERAL INQUIRY

We are accepting resumes to fill a variety of positions including but not limited to Software Engineers, Product Owners, Project Managers, and Account Executives.

To apply for a specific role listed below, please submit your application using the provided link. For general inquiries, please send your resume to [email protected].

QA Engineer

The QA Engineer will own test planning and execution across the software systems supporting airport operations at 150+ locations worldwide.

This role covers the full testing spectrum: manual and exploratory testing of web applications, automated test development, and SQL-based validation of the data pipelines that sit at the core of what we do. You will be expected to understand the systems you are testing well enough to find problems that scripts alone will not catch.

The position works directly with technology and product teams from requirements through release, helping define what done looks like and making sure we actually get there. This is not a checkbox role - we are looking for someone who takes quality testing seriously and pushes back when something is not ready to be released.

This is a hands-on role with direct visibility into the full product and the opportunity to build QA practices that last.

Key Responsibilities

Manual Testing & Test Planning

  • Write and execute test plans and test cases for new features, bug fixes, and regression coverage across web applications and backend services - including edge cases the developer did not think to cover

  • Cover the full testing cycle across multiple environments: functional, integration, regression, and exploratory testing against web UIs, APIs, and data pipeline outputs

  • Write SQL queries to validate data integrity and business logic, tracing records through ingestion, transformation, and output to confirm the pipeline is doing what it is supposed to do

  • Document defects clearly, communicate severity and impact accurately, and stay on top of issues through resolution - not just through filing

  • Get involved early: participate in requirements and design reviews to flag testability issues and missing acceptance criteria before development begins

Test Automation

  • Build, maintain, and expand automated test suites covering web UI and API layers, using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or comparable frameworks

  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps so regressions surface in the build, not in production

  • Set and document automation standards and patterns that the broader engineering team can follow consistently

  • Identify where manual regression coverage can be replaced with reliable automated tests, and actually follow through on building them

Data Pipelines & Web Application Testing

  • Test data pipeline stages end-to-end, from ingestion and transformation through aggregation and output, verifying accuracy and correct behavior at each step rather than just at the final result

  • Validate web application functionality across browsers and environments, including form behavior, API responses, UI state, and the edge cases specific to aviation billing and operations workflows that off-the-shelf test scripts will not account for

  • Use SQL to cross-reference database state against what the UI and API are returning, so data inconsistencies across layers do not make it to clients

  • Work with engineers to define and test integration points between pipeline services, APIs, and front-end applications, with a focus on catching cross-layer defects before they reach a release candidate

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a QA or software testing role, with real ownership of test planning and execution rather than running someone else's playbook

  • Strong manual testing skills, including the ability to build test plans, test cases, and defect reports from scratch against new or poorly documented features

  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining automated test suites using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or comparable frameworks - not just running existing ones

  • Proficiency writing SQL queries to validate data, trace business logic, and investigate defects across relational databases, with SQL Server experience preferred

  • Practical experience testing data pipelines: validating records through ingestion, transformation, and output stages using SQL and log analysis rather than trusting the UI alone

  • Experience testing web applications end-to-end, including REST API validation using Postman, RestSharp, or equivalent tools

  • Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and a practical understanding of how pipeline-based test execution and result reporting works in a real delivery environment

  • Strong troubleshooting instincts and the ability to isolate defects across UI, API, data pipeline, and database layers without needing a developer to walk you through the system

  • Clear written communication skills for defect documentation and cross-functional work - defects that cannot be reproduced from the write-up do not get fixed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience testing .NET / C# web applications or multi-tenant SaaS platforms

  • Familiarity with JIRA/Azure DevOps for work item tracking, test case management, and following releases through the pipeline

  • Background testing data-heavy or event-driven systems where pipeline correctness and data fidelity are not nice-to-haves

  • Experience on a small or agile engineering team where QA is embedded in the sprint rather than handed a build at the end

  • ISTQB certification or equivalent formal QA training
