Software Engineer

We are seeking a talented mid-level Software Engineer with full-stack experience to join our growing team. This role will provide Level 1 support: troubleshooting production issues and collaborating across departments to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills who enjoys working on a fast-paced, cross-functional team.

This is a remote position available only to candidates residing and authorized to work in the United States. Proof of residency and work authorization will be required. This role involves live video collaboration with team members during Eastern Time Zone hours. Applicants must be able to participate in live, on-camera daily stand-ups, screen sharing, and code reviews.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Level 1 support for Jira board, including issue triage and resolution.

  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization.

  • Escalate complex issues appropriately and ensure timely follow-up

  • Maintain and develop applications using C#, .NET, JavaScript, Angular, and AngularJS.

  • Collaborate with product, operations, and other business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Availability to occasionally work off-hours for critical support tasks.

Required Qualifications:​
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.

  • Demonstrated professional experience providing Level 1 support in a recent position.

  • Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, Angular, and AngularJS.

  • Experience with SQL databases and cloud environments (Azure preferred)

  • Familiarity with tools such as GitHub, Jira, Confluence, and Visual Studio.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Proven ability to collaborate across multiple departments and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear technical documentation.
