FULL-STACK .NET DEVELOPER

Vector Airport Systems is a growing international aviation company with a positive team culture and an emphasis on visionary leadership. Vector is looking for an experienced UX Lead to join a distributed team and help Vector provide solutions to some of the most challenging problems facing today’s airports.

Responsibilities:​
  • Develop and deploy Azure-hosted C# .NET apps/microservices 

  • Design new and enhance existing JavaScript/Angular front-end applications 

  • Migrate existing applications and features to Vector’s next-gen architecture 

  • Work with product owners and stakeholders to resolve outstanding bugs 

  • Be a member of an Agile software development team, participating in stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings 

Requirements:
  • Must be authorized to work in the US

  • 4-year degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering/etc. or equivalent work experience 

  • Experience developing web applications with Angular, React, or similar JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks 

  • Experience with compiled app development such as C/C++, Java, Swift, or .NET 

  • Available to work during core hours 11 AM ET - 4 PM ET

SOFTWARE & SERVICES SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Vector Airport Systems is a growing international aviation company with a positive team culture and an emphasis on visionary leadership. We are seeking a full-time Sales Representative that will work as part of our Sales and Marketing teams to perform “top of funnel” activities, lead management, deal management, and drive overall brand awareness. The ideal candidate will possess experience in software sales or technology service outsourcing. The sales representative will have assigned accounts throughout the United States and focus on new sales opportunity creation and wins. This role is focused on selling our software and services to new and existing airport clients. The Sales Representative will be responsible for proactive outreach, beginning with lead generation and continuing through all phases of the sales process, culminating in a sale win/close. This position is supported by senior executives for subject matter expertise and will include onboarding and training in sales skills and processes. This position can be from a remote location.

Responsibilities:​
  • Generate sales and promote market growth within your territory

  • Work with Marketing Team to ensure strong lead flow

  • Create & articulate compelling value propositions

  • Build and lead pursuit teams for larger opportunities

  • Pursue leads generated by yourself and our inbound and outbound marketing efforts

  • Educate and guide prospects through the buying process

  • Develop and implement an effective sales plan to meet or exceed established sales objectives

  • Manage all aspects sales in your territory including prospecting, activity tracking, opportunity management, forecasting revenue, contract management and closing deals

  • Document all conversations, activities, and emails in our Hubspot CRM

Requirements:​
  • Confident, competitive, thorough, flexible, resilient, and tenacious

  • Proven to be capable of managing 30 or more active opportunities and meeting sales objectives by closing 15 or more opportunities per year

  • 3 to 5 years previous selling experience. Selling to government or airports is a plus

  • Experience with SaaS sales and or financial collection industry sales is a plus

  • Ability to travel when required for conferences, shows and client visits (<10% of time)

  • Fluent in spoken and written English
